During my time at the Centre for Environment at University of Toronto, I managed the IT team that created tailored applications and provided support for existing solutions and network setup.
Two backend developers had tasks distributed based on their respective skill levels and the tasks pending. In addition to taking on development tasks, I managed the assignment of support tickets and the development roadmap.
A tool similar to Trello was used to manage development cycles and support tickets. Tasks were prioritized based on deadlines and impact. Time spent on tasks were also recorded to be evaluated for efficiency.
